We'll factor in your lifestyle, your sleep patterns, your stress level and your aches & pains.
With an emphasis on strength training (because every woman needs that),
we'll implement an exercise plan that fits you!

This is when we meet in person or virtually so I can learn more about you... and so you can determine if I'm a good fit to help you reach your goals.

IMPLEMENTATION

IN-PERSON TRAINING SESSION (60 minutes):

Individual:  $85

                Group:  $60 ​(per person -
​                                                                    3 people max)


VIRTUAL TRAINING SESSION (55 minutes)

            Individual:  $70
​
                Group:  $50 (per person -
​                                                                   3 people max)

You might be the type of person that needs regularly scheduled sessions
​to keep you accountable, or you might just need a couple of sessions with me to get you on your way!
