I specialize in helping women in midlife gain the strength they need to live their best lives.
I apprenticed under a Medical Exercise Specialist before getting my personal training certification with the American Council on Exercise in 1998. I have taken over 250 hours of continuing education, with over 100 of those focusing on how exercise affects our hormones.
Throughout the years, I have trained men and women of all ages. But I feel most called to serve women in midlife. We’re so busy taking care of everyone else that once our hormones change, we find ourselves at this stage without the strength and energy to do the things we want to do. I want to help you change that.
I design personalized programs, meeting women where they’re at, then building from there. My goal is to get you to the point where you can confidently navigate your own exercise program and become the independent, self-assured, strong woman capable of living her best life!
